Dokably is an all-in-one workspace for remote and hybrid teams, combining documents, tasks, and whiteboard in one place to reduce app-switching and improve team focus.
While the platform already addressed most collaboration needs, we identified a growing demand for visual planning and brainstorming — especially among teams using tools like Miro and FigJam.
To meet this need and strengthen our position as a truly all-in-one solution, we introduced the Whiteboard feature.
I was responsible for the product design:
✧ Competitor research
✧ Ideation & prototyping
✧ Internal testing
✧ MVP implementation in close collaboration with the CEO, engineers, and team leads
Here’s how Dokably looked before Whiteboard — focused on Docs and Tasks, but missing a visual space for ideas

These groups all expressed the same pain point: “We want to brainstorm, map processes, and plan visually without leaving Dokably.”
